Steve is the founder of VYBE Realty. He is passionate about putting people first and values a service mindset while creating an environment in which his team can thrive.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Steve now resides in Phoenix, MD with his wife and their two children. When he isn’t negotiating deals or spending time with his family, he enjoys spending time on the golf course with his closest friends. Steve is passionate about giving back, and is a generous sponsor of St. Jude and The Karen Bierly Disadvantage Youth Foundation.

Steve began his career in real estate in 2014, where he spent an entire year learning as much about the business as he possibly could to ensure that he was completely prepared for his first client. In 2017, Steve organically formed the SP Home Team. During that time, he developed a stronger passion to help others in the industry. In 2023, Steve founded the VYBE Realty brokerage. His genuine desire to help others has allowed him to assist hundreds of happy clients to buy and/or sell their homes. Steve’s calming demeanor, and the thought and time he puts into perfecting his craft, has led him to win multiple awards throughout his career. In 2021, The Baltimore Real Producers Magazine featured a cover story on Steve titled “Hustle and Heart”, which later became the Feature of the Year. It is the perfect way to describe Steve Pipich. He will hustle for his clients and always put people before profits.
This visionary leader has now started his own brokerage to give other agents the platform to build their own legacies. His extensive knowledge of local markets, real estate transactions, and investment strategies are second to none. Ashley has been the SP Home Team Lead Transaction Coordinator since 2019. Prior to joining our team she was in Healthcare Administration, where she single handedly ran multiple medical centers. Her experience and attention to detail is unparalleled. Her leadership skills allow our transaction department to run smoothly and efficiently. She is a team player and is not scared to get in the trenches to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible. She knows how to get things done swiftly and skillfully. She was born and raised in Baltimore and now resides in Dallastown, PA with her husband Ben, and their two children, Aiden and Gabriel. They also have two amazing fur babies, Ozzie and Avril Lavigne.
When Ashley isn’t ensuring our clients effortlessly close on time she can be found with her family, playing with her dogs or reading. She frequently donates to The Karen Bierly Disadvantage Youth Foundation and is a spokesperson and advocate of the Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Foundation (EDSF).
